Ronald Aubrey Merritt challenges the sentence imposed by the district court after he pleaded guilty to conspiring to possess cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. His counsel has filed a brief and moved to withdraw pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967). We granted Mr. Merritt permission to file a pro se supplemental brief, and he has done so.
